V4A10 is a finely woven, noncorrosive stainless-steel mesh for the protection against high-frequency radiation (HF) and low-frequency electric fields (LF). V4A (AISI 316) is resistant against water, water vapor, air humidity, mild acids and in coastal areas against salty seawater! Typical application for the interior and exterior under-plaster in upgraded insulations, in roof areas, at drywall constructions, as flyscreen, for loosely laid, etc.

In case processing the V4A10 under plaster you should work with a preferably fine and organic filler. Under the floor covering (laminate, parquet, PVC coating, etc.) the V4A10 is being fixed with the adhesive used for the floor covering. For drywall construction and in roof area the mesh elements can be bolt or stapled together. The rule is: Always overlapp the single elements at least 5 cm. For grounding use the perforated stainless steel tape GSS25 by screwing it right across the elements into the surface.

YShield V4A03 is an extremely fine woven, noncorrosive stainless-steel gauze for the protection against high-frequency radiation (HF) and low-frequency electric fields (LF). V4A (AISI 316) is resistant against water, water vapor, air humidity, mild acids and in coastal areas against salty seawater. Typical application due to the thin filaments especially as flyscreen. In comparision to V4A10, due to the smaller mesh width, the shielding attenuation is better at high frequencies. Further application in roof areas, at drywall constructions, loosely laid, etc.

Processing

Can be used as reinforcement fabric on the exterior in a thermal insulation system under plaster or on the interior under plaster. Furthermore, for loose laying in the roof area, underneath attached facades, underneath ๏ฌoor coverings, etc.
Processing
The processing of the shielding mesh is identical with the application of conventional glass ๏ฌbre fabric. Needs to be pressed non-porously and wrinkle-free into the freshly spread reinforcing mass, then levelled out.. The mesh needs to lie in the upper third of the reinforcing mass and be completely covered by it. The overlapping between the panels needs to be 10cm. The overlapping needs to be ensured at corners of a building, too. Building openings (windows, doors) require a diagonal reinforcement with fabric strips. Has the mesh been cut in (e.g. in the area of scaffolding anchors), an additional fabric strip needs to be placed above the cut. For grounding, the stainless steel tape GSS25 must be screwed securely onto the underground across/with all panels.
